2. Complimentary Product Pickup & Shipping: All product pickups and shipping are free of charge for the entire year. Without the extended warranty, logistics charges of Rs. 1290/- apply.

1. Purchase Window: The extended warranty must be purchased within 1 year of the original product purchase.

2. Confirmation and Onboarding: Upon purchasing the extended warranty, you will receive a confirmation email. The Hestia support team will contact you within 2 business days to complete the warranty onboarding procedure.
Validity: If the extended warranty is purchased after the expiration of the standard 1-year warranty, it will be considered null and void. In such cases, payment will be refunded after deducting bank charges and processing fees of Rs. 500 INR.
